Our Story

Real flavors.
Real community.
Right here.

Criollisimo started with a simple idea: bring the bold, comforting flavors of Latin America to New Britain, and serve them in a space where everyone feels welcome.

Every sandwich is made to order. We source fresh ingredients, prepare our own marinades, and press, grill, and assemble with care — because a good sandwich shouldn't be rushed.

Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch on Arch Street or settling in for a proper cafecito and conversation, we want this to be your favorite stop in town.
